Philippians is a short little letter, but it packs a punch. Sometimes called the “joyful epistle,” it is hard to believe that when Paul wrote it, he was in prison. Yet his love and his exuberant, servant-hearted compassion shine through in every sentence. In an age of anxiety, self-focus, and distrust, Philippians is a timely book of joy and humility in Christ. We look forward to studying this profound letter together.
